Wasted money due to anger

I computed all money I wasted this month, it was $762 for the stuff that I destroyed when I was angry:
  • Car windshield
  • Computer monitor
  • Tables, chairs, dishes
  • iPhones
I really have an anger issue, I don’t see how can I get out from this. I need to be saved, I think the anger is consuming me slowly. I am slowly turning into a monster. Jeezz, $762! That could get me
  • 2 months money supporting my family,
  • that could get me super good zoom lens for my hobby, which I never have to buy
  • Food to eat, I eat dirt cheap
  • Ipad, shit, holy shit, why am I so stupid …
My sister said, I need to focus on other things, if I focus on the things I lost, the money I lost, I will go downhill. I really need help, I think the negative tendency in me is too much.
